Project Title: Board of Directors Election Ballot
Description: Due to budget restrictions, this form needed to demand attention while being produced economically. A 2-color solution was chosen, and the printing was done on an economical craft-style paper to give this form an original appearance. The form was designed to be a self-return mailer. It could also be faxed to headquarters for final tally.
